Q:Are packages refundable?
Unfortunately no refunds. Exchanges only if item is free of all visible signs of wear and tear including but not limited to odors, marks, make up, and sweat.

Q:How many days do I have to exchange my item?
You may exchange clothing items, minus shipping charges, within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Q:Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
Our system sends out automatic confirmation. If you didn't receive a confirmation you might have entered the incorrect email address. We will do our best to ensure nothing is wrong with your order being shipped, so please contact us via email @IImpeccablegirls@gmail.com.

Q:My Package says it has shipped. When will I receive it?
Once your package has shipped its now in USPS possession. We aren't responsible for any damaged or missing packages.
